本規約は、個人開発者（以下「当方」）が提供するアプリケーション「スマート御朱印帳」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関し、当方とユーザーとの間の一切の関係に適用されます。
本アプリは、ユーザーが神社・寺院を参拝した際に受ける御朱印を写真で記録し、デジタルな御朱印帳として管理するとともに、参拝記録（訪問先、日付、メモ等）を保存するためのツールです。本アプリは当方または特定の神社・寺院、宗教法人と提携・関係するものではなく、また各御朱印・神社・寺院の正式名称、由緒、御朱印の授与可否等の正確性を保証するものではありません。
本アプリ本体は無料または有料としてストアで配信されますが、正式な価格は Apple App Store または Google Play の本アプリのストアページに表示されるものが優先します。本アプリには iOS 版限定で、開発者を任意に支援するための消費型アプリ内課金（少額）があり、Android 版には課金機能はありません。購入、支払、返金については、ユーザーが利用したプラットフォーム（Apple App Store または Google Play）の規約およびポリシーが適用されます。当方は原則として直接の返金を行いません。
本アプリのUI、コード、デザイン、商標その他一切のコンテンツに関する著作権および知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーが自ら撮影・登録した御朱印の写真および入力した参拝記録の権利はユーザーに帰属しますが、ユーザーは本アプリを私的利用の範囲でのみ利用できます。
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
本アプリは個人の参拝記録を補助的に管理するためのツールであり、収録されている神社・寺院に関する情報（名称、所在地、公式サイトURL等）の正確性・最新性を保証するものではありません。実際の参拝にあたっては、各神社・寺院の公式情報をご確認ください。
本アプリにはクラウド同期・バックアップ機能がなく、写真・記録データはユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。端末の故障、紛失、初期化、またはアプリのアンインストールにより、これらのデータが失われる可能性があります。ユーザーは自己の責任において、必要に応じて端末単位のバックアップ（OS標準機能等）をご利用ください。
当方は、本アプリの利用により生じた直接的・間接的・付随的・結果的損害（データの消失・毀損を含む）について、当方に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。ただし、法令により免責が認められない範囲ではこの限りではなく、当方の責任は適用法が認める最大限度において制限されます。消費者契約法その他の強行法規に基づきユーザーに認められる権利は本条により制限されません。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、商品性、特定目的適合性、非侵害性等について明示または黙示の保証を行いません。
当方は事前通知の有無にかかわらず、本アプリの内容の変更、更新、配信停止を行うことができます。
当方は本規約を改定することがあります。重要な変更はアプリ内またはストアページで通知します。改定後に本アプリを継続利用した場合、変更に同意したものとみなします。
EU／英国居住の消費者に対しては、消費者保護に関する強行法規（指令2011/83/EU等）が本規約に優先して適用されます。
本規約は日本法を準拠法とし、本アプリに関する一切の紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし、ユーザーの居住国の消費者保護法が強行的に適用される場合はこの限りではありません。

These Terms govern your use of the mobile application "Smart Goshuin Book" ("the App") provided by an individual developer ("we", "us").
The App is a tool that lets you photograph goshuin (temple/shrine visit stamps) you receive and manage them as a digital stamp book, as well as record your visits (destination, date, notes). The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any specific shrine, temple, or religious organization, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of shrine/temple information (official names, history, whether goshuin are currently offered, etc.) included with the App.
The App itself may be distributed free or as a paid app; the price shown on the Apple App Store or Google Play listing is authoritative. On iOS only, the App offers an optional, small consumable in-app purchase to voluntarily support the developer; the Android version has no billing feature. All purchases, billing, and refunds are governed by the terms of the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) you used. We do not process refunds directly.
All copyrights, trademarks, code, design, and other content of the App belong to us or our licensors. Photos and visit records that you personally create and enter remain yours, but you are granted only a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the App itself.
You must not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) reproduce, redistribute, lease, or sell the App; (c) use the App in a manner that infringes the rights of any shrine, temple, or third party; (d) violate applicable laws; or (e) interfere with the App's functionality.
The App is an auxiliary tool for keeping a personal record of your visits, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or currency of shrine/temple information (names, locations, official website URLs, etc.) bundled with the App. Please verify with each shrine or temple's own official sources before your actual visit.
The App has no cloud-sync or backup feature; photos and records are stored only on your device. Data may be lost due to device failure, loss, factory reset, or uninstalling the App. You are responsible for using your own device-level backup mechanisms (such as your OS's built-in backup features) if you wish to safeguard this data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss or corruption of data) arising from use of the App, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
We may modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time with or without notice.
We may revise these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
For consumers residing in the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer-protection provisions (including Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented) prevail over conflicting provisions of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes lies with the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-forum rules in your country of residence.

本条款适用于个人开发者（以下简称"我们"）提供的应用程序"智能御朱印帐"（以下简称"本应用"）的一切使用关系。
本应用是一款工具，用于拍摄您在参拜神社、寺院时获得的"御朱印"并作为数字御朱印帐管理，同时记录您的参拜信息（地点、日期、备注等）。本应用与任何特定的神社、寺院或宗教团体均无隶属、背书或关联关系，我们不保证本应用内含的神社/寺院信息（正式名称、由来、是否提供御朱印等）的准确性或时效性。
本应用本身可能以免费或付费形式发布；以 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 商店页面显示的价格为准。仅在 iOS 版本中，本应用提供可选的小额消费型应用内购买，用于自愿支持开发者；Android 版本没有任何计费功能。购买、付款及退款事宜适用您所使用平台（Apple App Store 或 Google Play）的条款。我们不直接处理退款。
本应用的界面、代码、设计、商标及其他内容的著作权和知识产权归我们或合法权利人所有。您本人拍摄和输入的照片及参拜记录归您所有，但您仅获得在个人非商业用途范围内使用本应用本身的有限许可。
用户不得：(1) 反向工程、反编译、反汇编；(2) 复制、再分发、出租、销售本应用；(3) 以侵害任何神社、寺院或第三方权利的方式使用本应用；(4) 违反法律法规；(5) 妨害本应用功能。
本应用是用于管理个人参拜记录的辅助工具，我们不保证本应用内含的神社/寺院信息（名称、地址、官方网站链接等）的准确性或时效性。实际参拜前，请以各神社、寺院官方发布的信息为准进行确认。
本应用没有云同步或备份功能，照片及记录数据仅保存在您的设备本地。因设备故障、丢失、恢复出厂设置或卸载本应用，这些数据可能会丢失。如需保护这些数据，请自行负责使用设备级别的备份机制（如操作系统自带的备份功能）。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用本应用而产生的直接、间接、附带或结果性损害（包括数据丢失或损坏），除我们存在故意或重大过失外，我们不承担任何责任。法律规定不得限制的消费者权利不受本条影响。
本应用按"现状"提供，在法律允许的范围内，我们不就适销性、特定用途适用性或不侵权作任何明示或默示的保证。
我们可随时变更、更新或终止本应用，无论是否事先通知。
我们可能修订本条款。修订后继续使用即视为同意。
对于居住在欧盟/欧洲经济区及英国的消费者，强制性消费者保护规定（包括已实施的2011/83/EU指令）优先于本条款中相冲突的规定。
本条款以日本法律为准据法，一切争议以东京地方法院为第一审专属管辖法院。但您居住国的强制性消费者保护法优先适用。

본 앱은 이용자가 신사·사찰을 참배할 때 받는 고슈인을 사진으로 기록하고 디지털 고슈인북으로 관리하며, 참배 기록(방문지, 날짜, 메모 등)을 저장하는 도구입니다. 본 앱은 특정 신사, 사찰 또는 종교 단체와 제휴하거나 이를 보증하는 것이 아니며, 본 앱에 포함된 신사·사찰 정보(정식 명칭, 유래, 고슈인 제공 여부 등)의 정확성이나 최신성을 보증하지 않습니다.
본 앱 자체는 무료 또는 유료로 배포될 수 있으며, Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 스토어 페이지에 표시된 가격이 정식 가격입니다. iOS 버전에 한하여, 개발자를 자발적으로 후원하기 위한 선택적 소액 소비형 인앱 구매가 제공되며, Android 버전에는 결제 기능이 없습니다. 구매, 결제, 환불에 관해서는 이용자가 사용한 플랫폼(Apple App Store 또는 Google Play)의 약관 및 정책이 적용됩니다. 당사는 직접 환불을 처리하지 않습니다.
본 앱의 UI, 코드, 디자인, 상표 등 모든 콘텐츠에 관한 저작권 및 지식재산권은 당사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속합니다. 이용자가 직접 촬영·입력한 사진 및 참배 기록의 권리는 이용자에게 귀속되나, 이용자는 개인적·비상업적 이용 범위 내에서만 본 앱 자체를 사용할 수 있는 제한적 사용권만을 부여받습니다.
본 앱은 개인의 참배 기록을 보조적으로 관리하기 위한 도구이며, 본 앱에 포함된 신사·사찰 정보(명칭, 소재지, 공식 웹사이트 URL 등)의 정확성이나 최신성을 보증하지 않습니다. 실제 참배 시에는 각 신사·사찰의 공식 정보를 확인하시기 바랍니다.
본 앱에는 클라우드 동기화 및 백업 기능이 없으며, 사진 및 기록 데이터는 이용자의 기기 내에만 저장됩니다. 기기 고장, 분실, 초기화 또는 앱 삭제로 인해 이러한 데이터가 손실될 수 있습니다. 이용자는 필요에 따라 기기 자체의 백업 기능(OS 표준 기능 등)을 자기 책임하에 이용하시기 바랍니다.
적용 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 당사는 본 앱 이용으로 발생한 직접적·간접적·부수적·결과적 손해(데이터의 손실 또는 훼손 포함)에 대하여 당사의 고의 또는 중과실이 없는 한 일체의 책임을 지지 않습니다. 단, 법령상 제한할 수 없는 소비자 권리는 본 조에 의해 제한되지 않습니다.
본 앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 상품성·특정 목적 적합성·비침해성에 관한 명시적·묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다.
당사는 사전 통지 유무에 관계없이 본 앱의 내용을 변경, 갱신, 제공 중단할 수 있습니다.
당사는 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 개정 후 계속 이용은 변경에 대한 동의로 간주됩니다.
EU/EEA 및 영국에 거주하는 소비자에 대해서는 강행적 소비자 보호 규정(시행된 지침 2011/83/EU 포함)이 본 약관의 상충하는 규정에 우선합니다.
본 약관은 일본법을 준거법으로 하며, 본 앱에 관한 일체의 분쟁은 도쿄 지방재판소를 제1심 전속 합의 관할 법원으로 합니다. 단, 이용자 거주국의 소비자 보호법이 강행적으로 적용되는 경우에는 그에 따릅니다.

L'Application est un outil qui vous permet de photographier les goshuin (tampons de visite de sanctuaires/temples) que vous recevez et de les gérer sous forme de carnet numérique, ainsi que d'enregistrer vos visites (destination, date, notes). L'Application n'est affiliée à, approuvée par, ni associée à aucun sanctuaire, temple ou organisation religieuse spécifique, et nous ne garantissons pas l'exactitude des informations sur les sanctuaires/temples (noms officiels, historique, disponibilité des goshuin, etc.) incluses dans l'Application.
L'Application elle-même peut être distribuée gratuitement ou payante ; le prix affiché sur la fiche Apple App Store ou Google Play fait foi. Sur iOS uniquement, l'Application propose un achat intégré consommable, facultatif et de faible montant, pour soutenir volontairement le développeur ; la version Android ne dispose d'aucune fonctionnalité de facturation. Les achats, facturation et remboursements sont régis par les conditions de la plateforme (Apple App Store ou Google Play) que vous avez utilisée. Nous ne traitons pas les remboursements directement.
Tous les droits d'auteur, marques, code, design et autres contenus de l'Application appartiennent à nous ou à nos concédants. Les photos et enregistrements de visite que vous créez et saisissez personnellement restent les vôtres, mais vous ne bénéficiez que d'une licence limitée, personnelle et non commerciale d'utilisation de l'Application elle-même.
Vous vous engagez à ne pas : (a) faire d'ingénierie inverse, décompiler ou désassembler l'Application ; (b) la reproduire, la redistribuer, la louer ou la vendre ; (c) l'utiliser d'une manière portant atteinte aux droits d'un sanctuaire, d'un temple ou d'un tiers ; (d) enfreindre la loi applicable ; (e) entraver son fonctionnement.
L'Application est un outil auxiliaire destiné à tenir un registre personnel de vos visites, et nous ne garantissons pas l'exactitude ni l'actualité des informations relatives aux sanctuaires/temples (noms, emplacements, URL de sites officiels, etc.) fournies avec l'Application. Veuillez vérifier auprès des sources officielles de chaque sanctuaire ou temple avant votre visite réelle.
L'Application ne dispose d'aucune fonction de synchronisation cloud ni de sauvegarde ; les photos et enregistrements sont stockés uniquement sur votre appareil. Des données peuvent être perdues en cas de panne, de perte, de réinitialisation d'usine de l'appareil ou de désinstallation de l'Application. Il vous incombe d'utiliser vos propres mécanismes de sauvegarde au niveau de l'appareil (comme les fonctions de sauvegarde intégrées à votre système d'exploitation) si vous souhaitez protéger ces données.
Dans toute la mesure permise par la loi applicable, nous ne saurions être tenus responsables des dommages directs, indirects, accessoires ou consécutifs (y compris la perte ou la corruption de données) résultant de l'utilisation de l'Application, sauf en cas de faute lourde ou dolosive. Les droits que vous tenez de dispositions impératives ne sont pas limités par le présent article.
L'Application est fournie « en l'état », sans garantie expresse ou implicite, dans la limite autorisée par la loi.
Nous pouvons modifier ou interrompre l'Application à tout moment.
Nous pouvons modifier les présentes Conditions. L'utilisation continue vaut acceptation.
Les dispositions impératives de protection du consommateur (notamment la Directive 2011/83/UE) prévalent sur toute clause contraire pour les consommateurs résidant dans l'UE/EEE et au Royaume-Uni.
Les présentes Conditions sont régies par le droit japonais. Le Tribunal de district de Tokyo est compétent en première instance, sous réserve des règles impératives de for du pays de résidence du consommateur.

Die App ist ein Werkzeug, mit dem Sie Goshuin (Besuchsstempel von Schreinen/Tempeln), die Sie erhalten, fotografieren und als digitales Stempelbuch verwalten sowie Ihre Besuche (Ziel, Datum, Notizen) protokollieren können. Die App ist mit keinem bestimmten Schrein, Tempel oder keiner religiösen Organisation verbunden, verbürgt oder assoziiert, und wir übernehmen keine Gewähr für die Richtigkeit der in der App enthaltenen Schrein-/Tempelinformationen (offizielle Namen, Geschichte, Verfügbarkeit von Goshuin usw.).
Die App selbst kann kostenlos oder kostenpflichtig vertrieben werden; maßgeblich ist der auf der Apple App Store- oder Google Play-Seite angezeigte Preis. Nur unter iOS bietet die App einen optionalen, geringfügigen Verbrauchs-In-App-Kauf zur freiwilligen Unterstützung des Entwicklers an; die Android-Version verfügt über keine Bezahlfunktion. Kauf, Abrechnung und Erstattung unterliegen den Bedingungen der von Ihnen genutzten Plattform (Apple App Store oder Google Play). Wir wickeln keine Erstattungen direkt ab.
Alle Urheber-, Marken- und sonstigen Rechte an der App, deren Code, Design und weiteren Inhalten stehen uns oder unseren Lizenzgebern zu. Von Ihnen persönlich aufgenommene Fotos und eingegebene Besuchsaufzeichnungen bleiben Ihr Eigentum; Sie erhalten jedoch nur ein beschränktes, persönliches, nicht-kommerzielles Nutzungsrecht an der App selbst.
Unzulässig sind insbesondere: Reverse Engineering, Dekompilierung, Disassemblierung; Vervielfältigung, Weiterverbreitung, Vermietung oder Verkauf der App; Nutzung, die Rechte eines Schreins, Tempels oder Dritter verletzt; rechtswidrige Nutzung; Beeinträchtigung der Funktionsfähigkeit.
Die App ist ein Hilfsmittel zur Führung eines persönlichen Besuchsprotokolls, und wir übernehmen keine Gewähr für die Richtigkeit oder Aktualität der in der App enthaltenen Schrein-/Tempelinformationen (Namen, Standorte, offizielle Website-URLs usw.). Bitte überprüfen Sie vor Ihrem tatsächlichen Besuch die offiziellen Quellen des jeweiligen Schreins oder Tempels.
Die App verfügt über keine Cloud-Synchronisierung oder Backup-Funktion; Fotos und Aufzeichnungen werden ausschließlich auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert. Daten können durch Gerätedefekt, Verlust, Werksreset oder Deinstallation der App verloren gehen. Sie sind selbst dafür verantwortlich, geräteseitige Sicherungsmechanismen (z. B. die integrierten Backup-Funktionen Ihres Betriebssystems) zu nutzen, falls Sie diese Daten schützen möchten.
Im gesetzlich zulässigen Höchstmaß haften wir nicht für direkte, indirekte, beiläufige oder Folgeschäden (einschließlich Datenverlust oder -beschädigung), die aus der Nutzung der App entstehen, außer bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit. Zwingend geltende Verbraucherrechte werden durch diesen Abschnitt nicht eingeschränkt.
Die App wird „wie besehen" bereitgestellt, ohne ausdrückliche oder stillschweigende Gewährleistung, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.
Wir können die App jederzeit ändern, aktualisieren oder einstellen.
Wir können diese Bedingungen ändern. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung nach Änderungen gilt als Zustimmung.
Für Verbraucher mit Wohnsitz in der EU/dem EWR und dem Vereinigten Königreich gehen zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften (einschließlich der umgesetzten Richtlinie 2011/83/EU) abweichenden Bestimmungen dieser Bedingungen vor.
Es gilt japanisches Recht. Gerichtsstand erster Instanz ist das Bezirksgericht Tokio, unbeschadet zwingender Verbrauchergerichtsstände in Ihrem Wohnsitzland.

Las presentes Condiciones regulan el uso de la aplicación «Smart Goshuin Book» (la «App»), proporcionada por un desarrollador individual («nosotros»).
La App es una herramienta que le permite fotografiar los goshuin (sellos de visita de santuarios/templos) que reciba y gestionarlos como un libro de sellos digital, así como registrar sus visitas (destino, fecha, notas). La App no está afiliada a, respaldada por, ni asociada con ningún santuario, templo u organización religiosa específicos, y no garantizamos la exactitud de la información sobre santuarios/templos (nombres oficiales, historia, disponibilidad de goshuin, etc.) incluida en la App.
La App en sí puede distribuirse de forma gratuita o de pago; el precio que se muestra en la ficha de Apple App Store o Google Play es el vigente. Solo en iOS, la App ofrece una compra dentro de la aplicación consumible, opcional y de importe reducido, para apoyar voluntariamente al desarrollador; la versión de Android no tiene ninguna función de facturación. La compra, facturación y reembolso se rigen por las condiciones de la plataforma (Apple App Store o Google Play) que haya utilizado. No gestionamos reembolsos directamente.
Todos los derechos de autor, marcas, código, diseño y demás contenido de la App nos pertenecen a nosotros o a nuestros licenciantes. Las fotos y los registros de visitas que usted mismo cree e introduzca siguen siendo suyos, pero solo se le concede una licencia limitada, personal y no comercial para usar la App en sí.
Queda prohibido: (a) realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desensamblar la App; (b) reproducirla, redistribuirla, alquilarla o venderla; (c) usarla de forma que infrinja los derechos de cualquier santuario, templo o tercero; (d) infringir la ley aplicable; (e) interferir en su funcionamiento.
La App es una herramienta auxiliar para llevar un registro personal de sus visitas, y no garantizamos la exactitud ni la vigencia de la información sobre santuarios/templos (nombres, ubicaciones, URL de sitios oficiales, etc.) incluida en la App. Verifique con las fuentes oficiales de cada santuario o templo antes de su visita real.
La App no tiene función de sincronización en la nube ni de copia de seguridad; las fotos y registros se almacenan únicamente en su dispositivo. Los datos pueden perderse por avería, pérdida, restablecimiento de fábrica del dispositivo o desinstalación de la App. Usted es responsable de utilizar sus propios mecanismos de copia de seguridad a nivel de dispositivo (como las funciones de copia de seguridad integradas en su sistema operativo) si desea proteger estos datos.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, no responderemos por daños directos, indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes (incluida la pérdida o corrupción de datos) derivados del uso de la App, salvo en caso de dolo o culpa grave. Los derechos legales del consumidor no se verán limitados por esta cláusula.
La App se proporciona «tal cual», sin garantías expresas o implícitas, en la medida permitida por la ley.

Se aplica el derecho japonés. El Tribunal de Distrito de Tokio es competente en primera instancia, sin perjuicio del fuero imperativo del domicilio del consumidor.

Настоящие Условия регулируют использование приложения «Smart Goshuin Book» (далее — «Приложение»), предоставляемого индивидуальным разработчиком (далее — «мы»).
Приложение — это инструмент, позволяющий фотографировать получаемые вами гошуин (печати посещения синтоистских святилищ/буддийских храмов) и вести их учёт в виде цифровой книги, а также записывать сведения о ваших визитах (место, дату, заметки). Приложение не связано, не одобрено и не аффилировано с каким-либо конкретным святилищем, храмом или религиозной организацией, и мы не гарантируем точность включённой в Приложение информации о святилищах/храмах (официальные названия, история, наличие гошуин и т. д.).
Само Приложение может распространяться бесплатно или платно; окончательной является цена, указанная на странице Apple App Store или Google Play. Только на iOS Приложение предлагает необязательную небольшую расходуемую покупку в приложении для добровольной поддержки разработчика; версия для Android не имеет функции оплаты. Покупка, оплата и возврат средств регулируются условиями использованной вами платформы (Apple App Store или Google Play). Мы не осуществляем возврат средств напрямую.
Все авторские права, товарные знаки, код, дизайн и иное содержимое Приложения принадлежат нам или нашим лицензиарам. Фотографии и записи о визитах, которые вы лично создаёте и вводите, остаются вашей собственностью, однако вам предоставляется только ограниченная, личная, некоммерческая лицензия на использование самого Приложения.
Запрещается: (a) обратная разработка, декомпиляция, дизассемблирование Приложения; (b) воспроизведение, распространение, сдача в аренду или продажа Приложения; (c) использование Приложения способом, нарушающим права какого-либо святилища, храма или третьей стороны; (d) нарушение применимого законодательства; (e) воспрепятствование функционированию Приложения.
Приложение является вспомогательным инструментом для ведения личного учёта посещений, и мы не гарантируем точность или актуальность включённой в Приложение информации о святилищах/храмах (названия, местоположение, URL официальных сайтов и т. д.). Перед фактическим визитом уточняйте информацию у официальных источников соответствующего святилища или храма.
Приложение не имеет функций облачной синхронизации или резервного копирования; фотографии и записи хранятся только на вашем устройстве. Данные могут быть утеряны из-за поломки устройства, его утери, сброса до заводских настроек или удаления Приложения. Вы несёте ответственность за использование собственных механизмов резервного копирования на уровне устройства (например, встроенных функций резервного копирования вашей ОС), если хотите защитить эти данные.
В максимально допустимых законом пределах мы не несём ответственности за прямые, косвенные, случайные или последующие убытки (включая утрату или повреждение данных), возникшие в результате использования Приложения, за исключением случаев умысла или грубой неосторожности. Права потребителей, предусмотренные императивными нормами применимого законодательства, не ограничиваются настоящей статьёй.
Приложение предоставляется «как есть» без явных или подразумеваемых гарантий в пределах, допустимых законом.
Мы вправе в любое время изменить, обновить или прекратить предоставление Приложения.
Мы можем вносить изменения в настоящие Условия. Продолжение использования после изменений означает согласие с ними.
Для потребителей, проживающих в ЕС/ЕЭЗ и Великобритании, императивные нормы защиты прав потребителей (включая имплементированную Директиву 2011/83/EU) имеют приоритет над противоречащими положениями настоящих Условий.
Настоящие Условия регулируются законодательством Японии. Исключительная подсудность первой инстанции — Токийский окружной суд, без ущерба для императивных правил подсудности по месту жительства потребителя в стране его проживания.
